Wesincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by product issues. We striveto maintain the highest quality, but we acknowledge that such problems can occur.Infinite Pixels’RMA process is as follows:

  1. Download the RMA form.
  2. Fill out the Form and send it to techsupport@ipxusa.com
  3. The Infinite Pixels Tech Support team will get in touch with you.
  4. We will make every effort to resolve the issue via phone or remote support. Ifthe product is found to be defective,we will provide you with an RMA numberand guide you through the return process.

RMA Policy

  • All products must have an approved RMA Number acquired from Infinite Pixelsprior to return.
  • Any product returned without an approved RMA# will be refused at the time ofreceipt.
  • All products must be listed separately with complete serial numbers andspecific descriptions of the problem on Infinite Pixels’s RMARequest Form.
  • An authorized RMA will be issued for the exact quantity and item listed.
  • Processing Fee will be charged for any quantity/product added after the issueof Authorized RMA. We require a new form if an additional quantity/product isreturned.
  • Units must be in their original state and packaging or charges may beapplicable. Unit must include the original Infinite Pixels box, inside packagingmaterial, cables, connectors, manuals, etc.
  • Shipping Charges
  • The customer is responsible for shipping to Infinite Pixels.
  • Infinite Pixelsis responsible for shipping to customers.
  • If another method of shipment is requested, additional charges will bepaid by the customers.
  • Authorized RMA# and Infinite Pixel model # must be referenced on all paperwork,correspondence, and shipping label.
  • Please include a copy of the authorized RMA inside the box.
